Please note: Yes, Foxenwood Estates has a homeowners association (FEHA), with annual dues of $35. While membership is not mandatory, it is encouraged, to help cover the expenses of maintaining the stone entrance monuments, the website, the quarterly newsletter, mailing costs, legal fees as necessary, enforcement of the CC&Rs and other miscellaneous expenses. The Board of Directors is comprised entirely of volunteers. It is also very important to note that CC&Rs apply to each lot within Foxenwood Estates, regardless of HOA membership status.
