Membership in the Foxenwood Estates Homeowners Association is very affordable, at only $35 annually! FEHA is dedicated to maintaining the quality and character of our neighborhood. Your dues help maintain the landscaping and signs to the primary entrances; help pay to publish and mail the quarterly print newsletter; and pay for the website. Your support allows us to help enforce the CC&Rs and protect your rights with legal action, if needed. Without your financial support, there is no FEHA.

Mail your $35 check, payable to FEHA, to PO Box 2712, Santa Maria, CA 93457.
Bring your check to the next monthly board meeting (1st Thursday of the month).
